A $30 or 50% (whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit is required for appointments. It'll be automatically applied to your invoice at the end of the appointment.
Cancellations and reschedules shall be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
The deposit may NOT be refunded for a no-call no-show and cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment.
A $30 rescheduling fee may be applied for reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment.
If you are late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled, or a $30 late fee may be applied.
