Kosei Garage is committed to the service and workmanship we provide.
30-day/500-mile (whichever comes sooner) warranty on labor for all of the mechanical services performed.
This warranty covers labor only. We cannot warranty failures due to misuse, neglect, modification, aftermarket parts, or issues unrelated to the work we performed.
The manufacturer's warranty covers parts supplied by Kosei Garage (varies by brand and product).
Kosei Garage will not warranty parts or labor on work associated with customer-supplied parts.
Guaranteed customer satisfaction at the time of service; we will make sure you are satisfied with our work.
If we missed anything, contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right.
Warranty work must be performed by Kosei Garage.
We cannot reimburse work done by another shop or by yourself unless previously approved.
Warranty is valid for 30 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Normal Wear and Tear is not covered by our warranty unless there was an installation error. This includes, but is not limited to, brake pads, chains, tires, light bulbs, and fluids that naturally degrade over time and with use. Corrosion, rust, fading, or other damage caused by environmental factors is not covered.
Customer-Supplied Parts and labor associated with those parts are not eligible for our warranty. The situations that we do not cover include, but are not limited to, defects, performance issues, and fitment problems.
Improper Use will void the warranty. Improper use includes, but is not limited to, misuse, racing, off-road abuse, overloading, neglect, and modifications not approved by the manufacturer.
Lack of Maintenance may void the warranty on previously performed work. Lack of maintenance is defined as failing to follow regular maintenance schedules or ignoring recommended services/repairs.
Tampering may void warranty coverage on affected systems. Tampering includes, but is not limited to, services or modifications performed by another shop or individual after our work.
Kosei Garage reserves the right to charge a diagnostic fee, with customer approval, if the issue is unrelated to work or part covered under warranty.
Our warranty does NOT cover incidental damages, towing, or issues caused by factors outside of Kosei Garage's control.
